The app does exactly what I need it to do but the feature I need to really make it work for me is only part of the Pro version and at this point, I don't have enough web traffic to justify it. I'll watch what the POS activity is for this product and will consider the upgrade later. Anne was very kind and patient in helping me figure out what I was doing wrong and the settings I needed to change to make it work.

Some of the features can be glitchy, but their product support & dev team are amazing! Liv has helped me a ton to customize my products exactly the way I envisioned. Thank you!

Good features which are of no use with poor reliability. An e-commerce store means serious business which can fail due to a glitchy app i can never get the things right with this app for 2 months. Custom templates have glitches and live previews are not working right. Even if support fix one thing some other thing starts messing up While saving a custom template, name gets vanished on its own. Imagine a big store with hundreds of products and hundred of option sets which you set by investing a lot of hours, keep bringing uncontrollable glitches can be a nightmare

Buggy, poorly refined, yet they still charge money for features that could've been free. EDIT- I have spent 2 hours today remaking option sets that refused to save. They shouldn't be charging money for something this buggy.

Tracy provided excellent customer support — her message was clear, detailed, and solution-oriented. She proactively implemented a safe fix on a draft theme, explained the steps well, and invited us to test before going live. Overall, very professional and customer-focused.

I had a tricky setup where I needed my head units to stay at a fixed price but still allow customers to choose from different cameras, with the cameras linked to real SKUs for inventory tracking but priced at $0. Anne was fantastic in helping me work through this. She explained clearly that Easify has another app available to handle inventory syncing, and walked me through how the setup would work to achieve the result I wanted. Her support was quick, professional, and very reassuring — she really went above and beyond to make sure my problem was solved. Thank you, Anne, for making this process so easy!

The variations are incredibly easy to figure out and customize, and cover everything that my shop needed! The free plan has a good amount of options, and the next tier up is super affordable and encompasses almost everything. My favorite part is the 24/7 custom chat option. Tracy especially was INCREDIBLY helpful and fixed my issue in a handful of messages. This app was everything that I was looking for, and the team has been absolutely stellar so far.

We are paying for the Premium plan, the most expensive one, but the app does not work properly on a large part of our store (pages built with a third party app). Despite several conversations with their support, no concrete solution has been provided. They keep saying it’s “not compatible” and that we have to wait, while one of their agents managed to activate the option temporarily the day before. In the end, we are paying for a service we cannot fully use, and the support team has been unhelpful in resolving the issue. Very disappointing

Went through a bunch of apps for product options and most were either too complicated, didn't work correctly, and support was non existent. Clove and her team at Easify has been great, I was able to set up most of what I needed by myself, and just needed a little help from them to get it perfect. They were quick and very helpful.
