The other day I wanted to remove my old stores from DSERS but couldn't manually do it, so I contacted customer support and Vivian helped me manually remove them. Got a very thorough analysis with Ralla today regarding issues with my orders from India. Safe to say, we came to the conclusion that the issue was not inherently connected to the DSers app, but rather Shopify itself.

Thanks to Villanelle and Sherry for her service, was very good resolution of my problem. I love to use the app since Oberlo disappeared... Only con is when you're doing seo, have to take a subscription for a way better products management. Other than that, use it, you won't find any better than this app ^^
