The attendant Vivian was great. She answered very quickly and tried to help. One of the problems was solved, the other I think is a Shopify problem, because everything appears correctly in DSers.

Had some trouble with changing shipping details, and I contacted DSers support with Selena— she helped me resolved it very quickly! Easy step by step instructions to solve the problem with instant responses. 5 stars!

I like this app. It is free and does so much for free. I like that I can order in bulk, I like the chrome extension, I like that I can set a default message to seller. It’s easy to find orders and stay organized. I wish it would pay for the orders for me instead of having to do manually.
