I was unsubscribing from "Advanced" plan to "Basic" plan and the customer agent said "normally we will not charge you any fees if you downgrade during the trial period, but considering that you downgrade on the last day, you may be charged. But don't worry, if you are charged, please contact us and we will help you refund the money, so don't worry" which sounds positive if true.
