I honestly think CJ is a great app except that it lacks one important thing: supplier inventory tracking. After taking a long time to add many products onto my store, I ordered one of the products to examine it. But they told me the product is discontinued (so why was it listed as available???). So, I deleted the product, and checked if one of my other product is available too. It is also out of stock. So, I went ahead and ordered a third product that shows high invetory in factory (available). But they told me it is also out of stock. So, how in the world am I supposed to know what is in stock and what's not??? If a product is discontinued, why is it listed? Many products are listed, but NOT SUPPLIED. They do have pre-order inventory but one needs a capital to buy in bulk, and I'm just getting started. I'm considering other apps and suppliers now Their customer service is great!

We have been using the app for 3 months now. It works great with Shopify. Everything is almost automatic. In the beginning, there were problems with the setup because of the tax regulations and the import from China to Germany (IOSS procedure). Together with the APP support and CJ support, we were able to solve this quickly. Questions about the products, shipping options etc. are also answered promptly and professionally by CJ support. For certain products, special bundles have even been set up for us. Especially personal supervisors helps a lot if you have no experience with the platform yet. We would especially like to highlight John, who immediately clarifies questions about products or problems with shipping and also helps us with any other handling questions. We can therefore only recommend the APP and working with CJ as a dropshipping company. For even faster delivery times, even more products would have to be available in CJ's warehouses in Europe.
