Very bad experience. Their website description of the features is incredibly attractive. But when it comes to action, they can do almost nothing from what they offer. Terrible customer support. They communicate with customers not one by one, but with everyone at the same time, so as soon as they switch to you, you have to explain the problem again. Unbearably long. I tried for five days to get an answer to simple questions from the support service. I wrote emails, wrote in the chat, but I only received general answers. They answered my question for a week whether they could remove the tags from 100 T-shirts. The answer was: Do you already have them? And then silence again for several days.

Terrible customer service, and they never actually ship orders. I waited for my order to be shipped, but it remained pending until I contacted them—only to find out the product was out of stock. That’s when I realized they weren’t reliable, so I removed all their products from my store. Awful company. Always look into why a company has bad reviews rather than just the 5-star ones. Total scam.

"Much more trouble". I'm having issue over issue with them. Products have inventory on their page but when there is an order, it's out of stock?? After an order they ask me to pay another large amount for "adjustment", ruining the product margin. It's pointless.

Much slower. 20 DAYS! Most of the orders still not shipped, and they can't say a reason. This might be fatal for my store. They work ok only if you keep stock for 1-5 SKU no more. They have no brains to process more complex tasks

If you plan to use CJ to dropship on Tik Tok Shop, DON'T! After spending thousands of dollars on failed orders to my customers. Between bad quality items and packages not delivered or delivered too late, I have lost hundreds of dollars due to Tik Tok Shop policies and all thanks to CJ Dropshipping. I decided to contact support for reimbursement of lost orders and orders that did not ship within the delivery time described. I paid high shipping costs to get my packages delivered to customers within 6-11 business days and orders were being delivered 13-14 business days (19-20 days total) past said shipping times resulting in me losing hundreds of dollars because customers cancelled orders after waiting for so long. And terrible customer services for packages that were not delivered CJ has blocked my account after me disputing with Paypal for them not reimbursing me for my loss. I also had a dispute with CJ that was not completed from a previous order because they kept stretching it out for weeks while I waited for my refund. They blocked my account before giving me a refund for the package that was not delivered. I spent over $70 for it to be shipped and provided them the documentation they requested. They are extremely unprofessional, and everyone should know the risks they are taking when working with this company. I will never recommend, not even to my worst enemy.

Stay away from CJ. All the 5 star reviews are from new people who CJ's agents prompt into leaving a review right after they answer one question. Their customer service is very poor - terrible communication skills, they'll forget/not do things you've asked for, very poor English, and a whole heap of problems. Shipping - Shipping times & processing times are HORRIBLE. I've had so many orders with processing times taking anywhere between 5-13 days (this is on top of shipping) and they'll just say "im sorry for the delay". Shipping prices are well above market rate, switching to a private supplier after how terrible they are. If you actually value good shipping times, customer service, quality pricing, and want to have a good experience for your customers do NOT use CJ. They also don't answer their support email, already tried to get in touch.

their service its awful so many of m,y costumers ordered from me and I had to send their money back because they couldn't fulfill my orders like literally I could show pages of nothing but costumers that I had to send back because their skU'S had changed or they didn't even have the product ! I'm willing too give out another shut maybe their system changed but I didn't have a good experience with cj drop-shipping for now imma give one star if proved otherwise then ill change it

Do not bother with this company, clearly their star rating is from fake reviews as there is no way they are getting this many genuine reviews, not only is their store super complicated to navigate, their customer service is horrendous. I had the unfortunate "pleasure" of dealing with them today and after rating a issue with the technical side of the app the customer service agent would only help me if I removed my review! Absolutely disgusting. I have closed my account and will not be using them again. Buyers beware!

Worst customer service. The sourcing team will just waste your weeks and will not do anything the way you want, will keep providing irrelevant responses, and will just abuse you, continuously wasting time.

Message to everyone: As a show of solidarity, I encourage you not to list merchants that have paid videos. Additionally, please include as many SKUs as possible for low-quality products in your reviews and rate them with one star. This way, we won't encounter the same issues with our customers, and it will save us all a lot of time.

CJ Dropshipping is not a serious platform!!! They don't take our opinion into account and they set delivery costs that are way too high. Paying $14 for not even 1kg of products is not serious at all!!!

Based on my experiences, I do NOT recommend this app. I installed this app four months ago. Technically, the app was easy to integrate into my Shopify account and worked almost immediately. Problems immediately arose in the processing of my orders. The delivery of the first order turned out to be incomplete and took several weeks. When a large shipment was not delivered at all, customer service appeared to offer no help. I was advised to contact DHL, after which DHL referred me back to JCdropshipping. Requests to JCdropshipping for refund or resend were never answered. I lost my trust in this "supplier" and lost my payments. Think carefully before installing this app.

I recommend not using this app. Over the past two months I have used the app and made multiple orders. When a large part of my orders were not delivered, it turned out that customer service did not provide any help, resend or respond to my refund request. In fact I was just ignored. Think carefully before installing this app.

I canceled my subscription and uninstalled this app before the free trial ended because I did not like the setup of the entire app and it was useless trying to search for anything because the pages kept resetting. Really deserved zero stars but I couldn’t submit my review without marking one star. The app is a scam.

Their print-on-demand (POD) products listings are a complete disaster—I added over 40 products to my store, but when I made a real purchase, it was a disaster. The product listing on their website showed two-side engraving. After making the purchase, they sent me a ticket saying they only accept one-side engraving. I reluctantly agreed, provided the details, and requested a draft preview. It's been 6 days, and my order hasn't moved or even received a preview. If they can't handle this, I fear what would happen if I sold more. This is completely unacceptable and could devastate my business.

It has been a nightmare trying to work with CJ. They take so long to dispatch the products and when I ask why is taking time, they always say there was an issue with the supplier. Customer service always tries to avoid the issue and wants to give you coupons, but they never try to solve the problems. I asked for many refunds that I had to keep on top of the whole time, otherwise, it would be pending forever. I asked my agent if there was any way to change the agent or contact someone to issue a complaint, but he always changed the subject. I know they are more expensive than the other platforms, but at least I was expecting more efficiency, quality and good customer service, which never to happen. Find another supplier, the stress of dealing with them is not worth and it will affect your business reputation with your customers.

I was initially very positively surprised that the service was so fast when I had questions. But that was all. I tested this provider with 4 orders that have still not been sent for 2 weeks. What a cheek. I will never use this app again!
