As a note I am new to this app but so far Bon is hands down the best. The price is very competitive especially when you consider all the customizable options they provide. The onboarding process is another main part that they tackle with ease. I worked with Maxxie and a few others who were all amazing. She worked with me getting all our customers imported over. If you have thought about trying Bon, I highly recommend.

After much time spent comparing and deliberating, we have chosen BON as the most suitable loyalty app for our online store. Its clean UI promises a high-quality user experience. Above all, we want to give high marks for their customer service. Anna, who was in charge of my account, provided very friendly and meticulous support. Customer service is a really important factor when choosing an app, so we feel reassured to continue using BON. In terms of functionality, it lacks nothing compared to other apps. The price is also very attractive compared to other apps. One downside is that it’s not possible to link custom metafields. For example, even if a customer enters their birthday in BON, that data cannot be seen in Shopify’s customer data. This means that birthday data has to be manually transferred to Shopify one by one. Although this can be somewhat resolved by exporting a CSV file and importing it into Shopify, it does create extra work. Overall, I would like to give BON a 5-star rating. Their customer service is excellent, so I am confident that they will actively solve any problems that arise in the future. If you’re looking for a loyalty app, I highly recommend BON.

Hands down, one of the best Loyalty rewards app I have found that doesn't break the bank and is simple easy and intuitive to setup and for our customers to use. Maxxie and Cady, have been phenomenal to communicate with and have been able to get us squared away on any quick customizations we required to make things look esthetically pleasing and on brand on our store. High Recommend you give this app a try.

A great experience so far. Customer service by Mia has been wonderful, she was immediately on the support chat asking if I had any questions or concerns. The app is just fantastic ! It looks just beautiful and you can literally adjust EVERYTHING! I looked at a few apps but this is definitely the most aesthetic one. On top of that it literally makes FUN participating for your customers in the loyalty Programm because the action buttons are just made to press on. I tried it if the point of view of a customer for my ship and I just loved it and immediately wanted to upgrade my subscription plan for this app. The customer service is also outstanding and very nice and helpful! don‘t look any further, get this app !
