UpPromote's customer service is quick, reliable, and thorough. For that reason alone, I would recommend this app to all Shopify users. You aren't waiting for an email for days on end. The in-app chat feature has them responding to you within the hour! It has saved us several times in running our affiliate program.

It says the installation is free, but when you install the app. They provide you 14-day free trial. Once the trial is ended, they don't discontinue. They charged you automatically and said it's based on Shopify rules. You need to check your plan description on this page and be really careful!! It's a trap. Really shame on you guys. You stole my money and refuse a refund.

It took Tommy a minute to respond and just 30 seconds to help me with a minor query, but it made an excellent first impression as I’m just getting started with UpPromote.

I have had the best customer service ever with this plugin in shopify and many of my problems have been solved through customer service. I highly recommend using this plugin!

Great product. I'm on the free version right now, though i trialed the pro version, and can say for smaller shops this product is also great!

Haven't used the app yet, but setup was easy and when I needed support with setup details Clara was very efficient and helpful.

The app feature is already exceeding my initial expectations. Customer service was also very helpful in getting me started.

Tanle was my chat box customer service rep who answered all of my questions in a timely manner. And she assisted me with customizing a feature on my registration form. She was very friendly and efficient. And when I was having a challenge navigating to the appropriate section on the Up Promote site she screen shot the location of where to go. The features are relatively comprehensive, and customer service responses are prompt. Overall, it's a decent product, though it still lacks some functionality that needs to be added, such as tracking partner traffic, etc.

Just started using and have found it to be very easy to navigate and roll out. I've had a few questions and have received great support, most recently from Clara. She took the time to clarify exactly what I was trying to adjust and provided me the exact resource needed to accomplish that. Looking forward to continuing our launch and expect this product to really help us grow sales!
