My experience so far has been amazing. The app is very user friendly and it does not take a rocket scientist to figure everything out. if you are confused on how to address any issues, the support staff is very responsive, they reply so quick and will walk you through everything to make sure any issues are taken care of immediately. I found the entire process a bit difficult to understand and do all the set up. As a small business owner, I do not have much time and need things to be simple and efficient. I also wish they had phone support instead of endless chats and on-board services where they can set up everything for you either for a small free or even free. Overall, there are easier programs out there and much cheaper. If you're busy small business owner and not too tech savy, you might want to skip
