I'm still in the process of setting up my program. I reached out to support today because a couple of features I couldn't figure out, even though their directions are quite solid and I've gotten very far on my own. Tanie quickly answered in the chat quite and helped me get it sorted. She was patient and knowledgable. I'm excited to launch and feeling quite confident now that I was able to sort that out.

So far, I experienced a really great support, first of all with Tommy who has never let me wait more than 24h for an answer and is very committed to solve our problems.

Barney from customer support has been super helpful with helping me set everything up. A someone who isn't very tech savvy, he's made the whole process very easy.

Terrible UX experience. Not mobile user friendly. Asked the dev team to help, they completely messed up our store pages ( eg: privacy policy, FAQ's, ect ). They were showing the sign up form, and when disabled, completely DELETED ALL INFORMATION FROM THESE PAGES. Absolutely outraged. Deleting app. Never again.

With any great app there is a learning curve. luckily up promote has an amazing support team ready and full of knowledge to help you along the way not mater what stage you're at. Tanie helped me out and not only helped me with solutions but helped me gain an understanding of my problem.
