Fantastic support. I am new to the app and was able to get fully set up in about 30 minutes. I had some technical questions and the support team was able to help me with some custom code and answer all of my questions in just a few minutes. While my experience is short, so far it has been great!

so far it seems excellent but i still have so much to learn and set up. the customer support, Tommy, was very helpful and very clear with his instructions.

We were a little confused after setting up our first set of programs because one of our affiliates had made their first sale but it wasn't showing on her dashboard. I reached out to support and spoke to Nick at UpPromote who was a great help! He advised me of the issue and also offered some suggestions and guidance on how to rectify it. I installed the upPromote app to try out the free plan as I'm still in the process of setting up my store and haven't started selling yet. The app has been great for managing referral codes, and when I decided to offer discounts via referral codes, I upgraded to the Professional plan with the free trial. While customizing the affiliate registration page, I ran into some difficulties, so I reached out to their support team. Even though they promised a response within an hour, I was pleasantly surprised to receive help almost immediately. Within 5 minutes, the issue was resolved!
