hannah has been incredible with helping me figure out why my payments werent able to be sent. She sent me exact details and we got it figured out. She was wonderful with her customer service!

We're pretty new to this app, but have enjoyed it so far. It's working great as a management system for our affiliates! I contacted support, and Nick helped walk me through a couple of questions quickly, and was super helpful! If you're looking for a good platform to have all the affiliates in, and manage everything this app is perfect, and works great within shopify!

Love this app and the customer service is a 10/10. For us it was by far the best solution for handling our influencer and affiliate marketing and I'm beyond satisfied. Big thanks especially to Hannah, Barney and Nick from customer service that answered every question within minutes.

The support team is amazing, which an integral part of any apps you use on your store. Though there are too many things to update, that sometimes can be confusing to set-up, but overall, I guess it's a really great app. They provide complete documentation, which is a great guide; however, the price difference on the Growth and Professional is quite a big gap and there are really a lot of features that the Professional has which makes it more beneficial - but for a start-up company, it can be very expensive. I put a 4 star not because of the support nor the app - this is for the pricing. But for the features and support team, I would definitely give it a 5*
