very good structured affiliate app, which goes in detail. The reason why i write this is not because of the app, but of the brilliant support members. i had 2 problems, where two support members came by VERY FAST and solved the problems with me patiently! Thank you!

I am still getting a feel for the app as I am yet to work with Affiliates however the team is very active with how I can better connect with Affiliates. They are the definition of Customer service. I have no better way of putting it. Evans and the team are quick to respond to mails and resolve any issues you may have.

This app is by far the best one we've tried! We had a unique type of program and had low expectations that an app would fit us. However, this app proved us wrong. Their support is INSANELY GOOD! We needed some customization and contacted support, within minutes they answered and forwarded the request to the developers. Within an hour the customization was done. INSANE! We've never seen such fast support with other apps. Special thanks to Hannah from the support team. 10/10 Recommended.

App is easy to use with clear step-by-step instructions and when I ran into an issue, Gwen with customer service was knowledgable and helped me resolve my issue quickly.

So far so good! Really simple to setup and a lot of options for the Free plan. Great customer service as well, was able to get my questions answered quickly and got a lot of information I needed.

I have not used the ap yet- just signed up so this is not a review about the ap itself. customer service answered question clearly about free plan, although the fact that I had to seek clarification about this in the first place says a bit about transparency.

UpPromote is very intuitive and easy to navigate, and it works super smooth with Shopify. The customer support is helpful and attentive, I got such great supper, as well as helpful suggestions from Hannah when chatting with her.
