The free app in itself is pretty decent, although you are very limited on you can and can't do with the FREE VERSION. I will however say that any issues you run into can be easily resolved by the support team, I spoke to Barney and he was extremely efficient and effective at resolving my issue. Issue was resolved instanteously with no hassle at all.

This app itself has been really easy to setup. Lots of videos and great documentation make it simple to follow instructions for most questions that pop up. I had one question about some of the special features and Gwen was incredible at explaining exactly what I needed to do and walked me through it.

The app performs quite well. I think it would be good to improve some details, but I don't know if it is technically possible. So congratulations to those who created this app and grateful for helping small brands. The service via chat is very good, especially there is a guy named Nick who makes an effort to respond and give clear solutions, his helps make understanding the app simpler.

I do not think this app is intuitive at all. However Nick was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and he deserves a 5 star rating.
