Seriously worth it ,a lot of the heavy lifting is done for you ,these guys have streamlined the process to get you from open shop to sales as quick as possible.

Ships my orders with ease. Customer support is fantastic. All my requests were sorted. Not too many problems (far less then other platforms). I had to get evidence for a Paypal case and Zendrop was able to provide everything needed. Overall good experience!

I had an excellent experience with the customer service. Answered every question i had in depth and didn't make me feel like they were trying to brush me off irregardless of the number of questions i was asking.

They were quick to respond via Chat, and directed me to the appropriate contact. They were friendly and helpful - which is exactly what I need in a supplier / partner.

I reached out over the weekend as a product came though email to delete it but it didn't even have a product code or picture "Pet Comb", and I have about couple of different ones on my site so I contact help desk and got Jinky they were very professional and after a couple of emails backwards and source found out the product for me and sent through some pictures for me to delete it from my page. It didn't stop there Jinky aslo followed up asking if there was anything else they could do for me which was great service.

Zendrop is an awesome drop shipping company, they have a lot of products to choose. The help that I receive every time from the staff is really something else, they are always fast at replying to you and to explain the solution to your problem in a clear and simple way! They also have a lot of offers for their different plan which is amazing. If you are just starting out your dropshipping journey, I really suggest you to use Zendrop!

Over all user friendly, lots of good options too. Only sad part is when products randomly are removed from the site, but not auto removed from your store or listed as out of stock. They do send you an email which is helpful. Fast friendly customer service too

New customer. I had an issue and with 2 quick emails it was resolved. Same issue with a Zendrop competitor. After a week, still not resolved. That is good, old fashion customer service!

Zendrop has good support and it has many products to source. You don't have to search for the product on aliexpress, just search it in zendrop. They have almost everything and millions of products to sell. Once a product is trending, they already have it. So it's a win win. Would recommend zendrop, if you want to save time and money.

Their customer service in the chat is prompt if the chatbot does not answer your question to your satisfaction just tap/click on the "wait for team member". Within a minute or less a team member is there to answer your questions regardless of how stupid your questions may be. They direct you to the links where you can get more detailed info or they will just patiently answer all your questions. Additionally they will email you the information and answers to your questions in a redundant follow up. So far I am very pleased with Zendrop customer service.

Zendrop is very user friendly. It's a quick set up and everything you need to know is either right there for easy access offered through coaching/training. There's a ton of quality, popular products to chose from, for much lower prices than I'm seeing elsewhere. I would recommend Zendrop to everyone, but especially beginner dropshippers.

It is a great app to start your business, easy interface, not happy though with the non-automatic update of the quantities available.
