As I was updating info on products, I came across some info that was missing, size of a product, and another for what was included. I reached out on the assistant chat feature and a live agent explained to me that they could find the information I was looking for and that I should contact them anytime I had any questions about a product. Thank You Cyril for all your help!

I didin't Lauch my website yet and started dealing with orders and shipping yet but till now Zendrop has been doing me every favor i ask in a very professionnel way.

Issue with integrating app to shopify, I am certain its shopify causing this issue however Zendrop cannot assists to fix this issue as they are saying its shopify who is at fault, but shopify is blaming Zendrop, wasted over 8hr dealing with this issue and still not resolved

Great tool, they work with suppliers so you don't have to. Very rarely is there an issue they cant solve. I recommend the Academy too.

I just started using Zendrop and I love it. I reached out to support and was assisted asap. I was transferí someone I billing department for a double subscription charged and was very happy with the help I received. Love how easy it is to find and send pronto my shop.

Fast and efficient response with questions I had. If the support member was unsure she would ask someone in her team and I got all of the answers I needed within 5-10minutes. Highly recommend.

Everything is great, but exept from shipping costs. Shipping costs are sometimes the same as the product itself or even higher

I think Zendrop is a realy good platform. It's very easy to use, Auto fullfillments, adding products to your store and the customer support is amazing! Can recommend!

I would definitely recommend this app. It would just be better if there were more products available on the basic plan

zendrop is responsive, helpful, and have a great user friendly interface. i found it very easy to find the products that im looking for and if the dont have it, you can request that they import the product for you and they do so in a reasonable time.

just got the plus plan and it said it would also give me a free store with it and i didn't know how to get it, and there 24 hour help actually is 24 hours which im really great full for.

great, customer service is very responsive. only thing I can say is they need to better implement shipping methods so that product doesnt get damaged often.

Accidentally purchased a second subscription when I tried to join a coaching meeting. The response team was quick to reply and resolved the issue with a refund.

I love Zendrop cuz customer service because I had an issue with a double payment and they solve my problem by giving me 3 months of no payments until July that was a great deal they really know how to accommodate with their then drop members :)
