Few of the representatives will ACTUALLY help you. Sometimes they the representative will end their shift or go on a lunch so it sucks having to get transferred to another representative and then having to explain your problem all over again. All of them answer pretty quickly though. I do love how they give you videos to refer to because sometimes it is difficult to visualize over text. One thing i didn't like is that one representative getting in the business of another conversation i was having with another representative. Overall, its a great app and has many awesome features but of course there is always things to improve. All love, thank you Zendrop.

Zendrop is one of the best quality supplier platforms in Dropshipping. In addition to their support team responding almost immediately, they have absolutely everything and of extreme quality. When you can't find a specific product, just add it manually to your store, and as soon as the first sale is made and you click to process it through Shopify, their system is automatically triggered and within a few hours, you already have a quote for your product at a very competitive price!
