Zendrop is a good platform to import products to your Shopify webshop. i was helped by Juan and he was very nice. the overall service of Zendrop is very nice.

Janelle was very polite and helpful in explaining to me how to Import a certain product. As the Aliexpress Importer is currently not working she showed me an alternative route.

I like the support Thomas is giving to us. it is very nice to have someone to ask. (i didn't have luck with support) I don't like having the one supplier from china. I use to buy from china (temu, ali, etc) and the product quality, I know, is not good. But considering the price i could live with.... When we sell we have to add markup and other expenses and the final product price is very high and the quality is the same. i only hear people making thousand dollars per minute but not me. I spent so much time on theme, adjusting, reading, trying different products and I only had one sell from tiktok in 3 months, which I had to return... :( I tried all other dropshipping apps and I disliked them more. I wish I could have 30 minutes to show to someone and get some suggestions. I didn't hire anyone because I don't trust them. Bombarding my email with one or two lines with same sentence without even a subject. At his point is a matter of time before I move to something else... Oh, please, when you have a new theme version, have it tested. I have 25 years experience testing softwares for companies like apple, adobe to name some and they never released something without testing. Raise your bar...

Zendrop is one of the best platforms for Dropshipping since it has very good user service because it has partners who are attentive to any questions you may have. And it is easy to use.

I was devastated because this was a great offer and I really need to save as much money as possible right now! It crossed my mind to just ask and see what the bot tells me. So far it's a great app and customer support is great. As I'm on the starter plan, I slowly start to feel limited but not there yet. Don't now yet what feature(s) could benefit me in an upgrade plan but I will eventually know I guess.

They have good products and it is easy to list them to shopify because the products don't need much editing in product list. Shipping time fast too :)

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I cannot emphasize enough how disappointing my experience with the Zendrop app has been. Despite upgrading to a paid plan, the service is absolutely terrible. The shipping options are incredibly limited, and even with the paid plan, they couldn't fulfill their own products on time. No product , extension does not work if you downgrade means you must leave and your not welcome any more. I expected a professional service, but Zendrop failed to deliver on all fronts. If you're looking for a reliable dropshipping solution, stay away from Zendrop. Save your time, money, and sanity. Avoid this app at all costs!
