Do not retroactively unsubscribe from the website and the shopify app. You will get billed even if you take the trial period to test the service. What a garbage app

Also the products? have ya'll seen their products? It's top notch with hundereds of winning products. If you aint with Zendrop than, you are missing out. I will say, their customer service is ON FIRE!!! A good fire. My only reservation is that they are not compatible with TikTok Shop. It's causing a few headaches, but nothing unreasonable.

Few of the representatives will ACTUALLY help you. Sometimes they the representative will end their shift or go on a lunch so it sucks having to get transferred to another representative and then having to explain your problem all over again. All of them answer pretty quickly though. I do love how they give you videos to refer to because sometimes it is difficult to visualize over text. One thing i didn't like is that one representative getting in the business of another conversation i was having with another representative. Overall, its a great app and has many awesome features but of course there is always things to improve. All love, thank you Zendrop.
