I've been very satisfied with the flexibility of this App and the user support I've recieved especially from Kriti.

We love this app and the support! I recently couldn't work out how to add the timer to the cart pop up. I easily booked a zoom call with Boomika she was able to access my store from the back end and added the code needed to get the timer to work. I can now show a limited time discount at checkout. I'm impressed with the quality of the support, Trissh was very helpful and resolved my issue quickly. I was interested in the upsells and like their UI the most compared to other apps. But what stood out was the speed and quality of support, it is rare to have someone hop on a zoom call with you (especially as a new free-plan user) and walk through setting it up correctly.

This app and the help is awesome! Sell Easy has helped me finally solve the problem of how to make SURE people get the mini brads they need to also order to go with and make their Totem Poppet animals jointed! NoI have a pop up that reminds them to get the mini brads with any Totem Poppet animal. AND their help desk me set it up the very same day! I was able to set up a zoom for the same day. Uki, the customer rep was awesome! She stayed on and helped me despite having another call come in! She walked me though everything step by step. Even helped me change the color of the button. AND the app is FREE for up to 50 orders a month! Just WOW. I defiantly recommend this app!!!
