i had a small addon item wanted people to add to cart for 5$. Did the trial. I got more complaints about the checkout speed and extra steps than i did sales. did 4 sales of the this 5$ item out of 20 click. 31 days passes and i get charged 8.99 because i didnt remove this fast enough. Contact support for a refund and they did initiate a credit. I removed the app. Doesn’t works for small value items that have smaller profit margins because you are charged by total number of store sales. Not by clicks or purchases on the actual add on item. I had 5 clicks and 4 sales in a month. If they went by this instead of total store sales it would be decent but for me less than 5% of orders clicked on it.

It looks nice when installed, but setting it up for a lot of products is really difficult. You have to do it manually in their system. No bulk, no spreadsheets, no "related" or tags. So its one at a time. Click, scroll, select, click for hundreds of products. Then if you step away for a day or two and forget where you were, there is no way of seeing what is live, on what product at at glance. So if you want a sweeping "free this with purchase" fine, but if you need something for each product, this is not the app for you. It took me weeks of set up to realize that.

Note that Logbase will say it is 'pay per use', but actually charges per month based on TOTAL sales
