Best app ever, with the best customer service,Dom is Amazing... I don't think its possible to run a store without UpCart.

Pros- 1.)Easy to use and configure 2.) Available everything in hand like 3 steps progress bar 3.) Easily integrates with the theme CONS- CHARGES ARE WAY TOO HIGHER DOING 1000 ORDERS AND USED UPSELL IN 60 ORDERS CHARGED ALMOST Rs.8000 including subscription fees and it shocked me when i saw the usage charges at the end of month (my bad) Neutral, one can find a few more apps cheaper than this as one may need to configure other with a much more hassle but it is only a 1 time job to configure it.

This is NOT worth! it has been 4 days and the app is still glitching a lot. The shipping protection doesn't stay on if you go from checkout back to the store, and the app sometimes even removes items from the cart. I've notified support and all they say is "we're working on it"

I tried other cart drawers app, always had issue with conversion rate. With UpCart, it not only helps to increase AOV, but also helps Conversion rate as well. Not to mention, customer service reps are top notch. Michelle was especially helpful + insightful with all of our questions. Thank you Michelle!

Just like others have mentioned your analytics will be all over the place and leaving you in shambles and false readings. Could lose you thousands. They don't really do anything to fix this, nor do they tell you before hand.

I am extremely disappointed with the UpCart Cart Builder app. Despite the clear terms stating that no charges would be made if the app is uninstalled during the trial period, I was still charged. I ensured that I removed the app well within the trial timeframe, yet found an unexpected charge on my account. This experience has been frustrating and feels like a breach of trust. If a company cannot uphold its promises during the trial period, it raises serious concerns about their reliability and transparency. I urge potential users to be cautious and double-check all terms before committing to this app. I hope the developers address this issue and improve their billing practices to avoid misleading other users in the future.

Easy to install, really great product and service that is incredibly rare these days: personal, immediate and accurate. Thank you for a great product that helps fill the gap where shopify (yet again) falls short.

10/10 - Not only is this app fantastic and highly customizable - the staff will go above and beyond for anything you need. I use this app on all my stores and would never use anything else. The in-cart upsell has made a significant increase in my store's revenue and average order value.
