I had an amazing experience with Michelle from the support team — she was quick, clear, and genuinely helpful. I asked about customizing the sticky cart button, and she provided both the new and old methods in detail, making everything so much easier to understand. On top of that, the app itself is very simple to use but incredibly valuable. It adds a clean, professional touch to the store, and it just works — no headaches. Huge thanks to Michelle and the team. I could not be happier with the help I received from Jacinda! She went above and beyond to help me diagnose and solve my problem, which ended up not being an issue with UpCart at all! Jacinda not only looked through the site herself, but also made videos for me which I will refer to in the future as well. I'd give 0 reviews if I could. Expensive, mediocre app with the worst customer service I've ever seen in the Shopify app store. I asked for support on a very simply issue, but it has not been solved after almost two weeks. When asking support to help me I always get a copy-paste answer that's totally useless. I'm going to look for a different app with good support. Definitely not recommended.
