Customer service is very quick and helpful. The app works great. I believe that it helps with getting people over our free shipping threshold because of the free shipping bar and I like being able to offer add-ons right in the cart. It's a bit pricey and we've considered having to cancel it because of it, but for now, we're keeping it. Satisfied customers.

Do not use it if you have multiple languages in your shop. The app has no translation possibilities included. You can only use translate and adapt which is highly limited in metafield data and will therefore not solve your problem. Very sorry, but unfortunately I cannot recommend this app. Support was also not bringing up any solutions that are applicable.

They take forever to respond (if they even reply at all), and when they do, the answers are generic and unhelpful. It feels like they don’t actually read what you write or care about solving your issue. I’ve spent hours trying to fix simple problems that should have been resolved in minutes if proper support existed. Definitely not what you expect from a paid Shopify app.
