I Contacted support to see if there was a way to organize my products through the Trendsi store. Anya, The customer service representative, was very helpful and steered me in the right direction to fix this problem.

I recommend Trendsi to every new boutique owner. It's a one stop shop and they handle everything for you. you can create collections and add them all at once to your store under the collection you want them to. They answer question quickly and if you all confused about international shipping, tariff, duties and import tax, Mariel is your go to girl cause she knows everything. Give her a raise for her patience.

Lorena has been great help for me. She made sure to put in a feedback request for the coding team to fix an issue with an out of date store name displayed on my trendsi account. Hope it gets fixed soon. I commend her for the helpful support.

I’ve just started using Trendsi for my Shopify dropshipping store, and so far, the experience has been really positive. The app is very easy to navigate, and the setup process was smooth, which is a huge plus when you're just starting out. Even though I’m still in the early stages, I’ve found the product selection to be stylish and well-organized. Importing items to my store was quick and simple, and everything feels beginner-friendly so far. I haven’t had to contact support yet, but everything is working well and I’m excited to continue using Trendsi as I grow my store. Definitely a promising start!

i wish i could leave less than a star but trendsi is HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE THEM, genuinely you are better off using aliexpress or smt, ive placed two orders for customers and the first one of the items "wasn't sufficient quality" so they ended up canceling it, and they took 18 days to ship, so much for 5-10 day shipping, these liars. and then the second order just got canceled out of nowhere, no heads up no notification no nothing, so i had to get the customer the product elsewhere and they ended leaving negative feedback cuz the order took so long overall yeah theyre super bad, i had high hopes but nope. i never leave reviews but this app have genuily been so inconvenient and annoying i couldn't stay quiet. USE A DIFFERENT SUPPLIER.

I just opened my store and so far so good. I had a couple of problems with setting up but Mariel was very helpful and we got it fixed.

Its very Easy to sync products in my shopify store! Anya have been very helpful and was able to resolve the issue i have with my shopify integration. The products was showing all sold out on my website but now its fixed!!!

I just opened my online store and Trendsi customer service is AMAZING!! Mariel is such a huge help as well with going above and beyond answering my questions and explain exactly what I need to do in order to execute what I am wanting. Using the Trendsi app on Shopify has been a great experience. Everything runs smoothly, and transferring a large number of products takes just a few moments. The app is well-organized, and all products are neatly categorized, making browsing and selection very efficient. One of the standout features is the customer service. Lorie, in particular, has been incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and responsive — sometimes replying to emails in under 5 minutes! The order fulfillment process is also very user-friendly and always on time. Overall, Trendsi has made managing our store much easier. Highly recommend!
