I have been very pleased with my drop shipping experience using Trendsi. I think they have a wonderful variety of clothing and accessories that I can either purchase for my store, or dropship. It allows me to build a wonderful website and pay for merchandise as I sell it. I also want to brag on my customer service support representative Harold. I am new to Shopify, but have been happy thus far with Trendsi. There is a great selection of nice apparel and accessories that are of good quality. In addition, Trendsi has great customer service. I needed help with a customer order and Charles from Trendsi helped me with the problem promptly.

I recently joined Trendsi app this year to start adding more diverse styles to my clothing boutique. What I love about Trendsi is that the clothing is very size inclusive for women of all shapes and sizes from small to plus size. This in particular aligns with the mission of my brand to be a size inclusive women's brand for women of all sizes. I also love that they have very responsive and courteous customer service. I recently had a technical issue where I didn't understand how to set up the shipping rates on Shopify as I am not tech savvy.Ms.Anya responded to my concern the same day and gave me detailed instructions on how to set up the shipping rates for Trendsi for my Shopify store. I really appreciate how kind, courteous and responsive she was with addressing my concerns. This really makes me feel more comfortable using this company since the customer service has been reliable and responsive so far.
