Strangely, my store was connected to another business, but Charles is now reaching out to the store owner to disconnect it, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Just started with Trendsi. Their Help Guides are very clear and if any issues chat has always been readily available and resourceful. Today Lorena was a huge help. Hoping this relationship continues at this level of customer service.

The service I have had so far has been great. I've talked to Chette, and Anya. Both were helpful. The only complaint I have it I'm still waiting on and update for an order I made in January. I got an email asking if they had the right address...which I have had multiple sample orders shipped to me at that address. They then said said it would be shipped, but it still says warehouse processing, and I haven't had any tracking sent to me. For the most part things are done quite efficiently, this has been my first major issue.

New shopify store owner and 1st time using the app so my experience is limited but Harold was helpful in answering my question

I needed some Trendsi support today and Lorie did a great job walking me through what I needed to do. The problem was with the Shipping and Delivery setup and Lorie didn't miss a beat identifying what it was and how to fix it. I have been extremely happy with Trendsi support every time I needed help and would give Lorie 5 Gold Stars!
