Great first experience with customer service! I worked with Mikah when a customer had been sent the wrong item. It was a very smooth experience and was rectified immediately. Mikah was a pleasure to work with as she answered all of my questions and anticipated several others that I had. It is a comfort to know that Trendsi values their customers by offering real time help through their chat system.
