It would be unfair to call it bad. Because it's a very bad app. It's really painful to experience this on my first order. In total, it was 7 working days. Not the total number of days, but a whopping 7 working days. Still my order hasn't even been shipped. Reason; The product I ordered comes from China. And it can't pass Trendsi's quality control stage. Trendsi, they orders a new product from China. At the moment, it is waiting for the product to come from China. It didn't seem convincing to me at all. I preferred it because it is the app with the highest rating on the Shopify store. But it is very sad to experience that it is not so in my first order. The idea of finding a new app is very frustrating as I have uploaded Trendsi products to my entire store. Because the loss of time, loss of customers, loss of effort puts it in a worse situation than starting from scratch. They don't have any products in stock. It comes from China on order. For this reason, you should specify the delivery date to your customers as at least 3 weeks. Otherwise, it is possible to encounter a lot of cancellations and refunds. Very sad. This app used to be great! They've apparently changed some of their policies. The return policy will get you, be careful. The 7 days STARTS day OF delivery. Even if the customer receives their package after 5pm that day, it counts towards the 7 day return. I spoke with customer service and they refused to help. I'll be looking for a different vendor to sell through. Since they are starting to charge subscriptions to sell, they should offer better customer service.

First we must give a huge shout out and 5 stars to Lorena at Trendsi support, cool vibes, and the most awesome support, absolutely no complaints at all, she made our onboarding experience a breeze. Now for Trendsi, we have just downloaded the app and we must say this is most impressive, and seems like its a sure way to win in the fashion industry especially for new beginners, it even offers private labeling to keep your business on brand for your customers. And on top of that its so many products you can choose from. Right now we are exploring and once we have gotten our feet all the way into the water, we will leave a updated review for new merchants who will want to give a try. But far as where we stand, Trendsi is a GO TO. No question.
I have experienced the worst from Trendsi. They have hidden charges that they only tell merchants after you send an email to their support. They have a limit of products not mentioned here on the app and Pro plan for $29.99 monthly which is not here on the app. I gave good review before but after experiencing chaos I have changed. They are fake. Warning to any merchants. Don't use Trendsi.

I has this issue with the inventory saying "sold out". so after trying to use the Shopify Cheapy AI tool to troubleshoot and has no success. I decide to look at the trendsi chat an this angel call Anya, help me with screenshot step by step so patiently that really make my day. Problem fixed in minutes. THANKS ANYA! Another day I did not place the right inventory category and Harold send me a permission to get into the system and fix all the things that I did wrong so now the drop shipping could be done automatically. 100% recommended.
Very slow delivery, One of customer order 6 days ago but still it is not delivered and estimated delivery time is more than that. How customer will be happy with this kind of slow process
