Having a live chat option on your website creates confidence within potential buyers and customers, and we find Tidio does it best! Everything is very organized and advanced, but not in a way that is too difficult to understand for beginners. Don't hesitate, you won't regret using this app!

I'm still just getting started with Tidio, but I already recognize the potential. It allows me to have a central ticket tracking system across live chats and emails, so I don't let any support emails fall through the cracks. The support bot is also going to decrease my support volume for common questions that can be answered by reading documentation and FAQ. Tidio is great at pointing my customers to the right resources. I would love to see the option to integrate Lyro with Discord and pull in tickets from there as well.

Easy to use for chats on the go, mobile app works well. There's some automatic chatbot features, like a silly meme, which I didn't want turned on, so be sure to look around at all the initial settings before letting their AI go live.

We are generally happy with Tidio and its integration with Shopify. Setup is straightforward, and the AI features are helpful for handling common customer questions and improving response times. There is still room for improvement, particularly in making AI responses more flexible and improving customization options for automation. We've tested a few platforms now all with AI integrated. Most of them can be very hallucinatory in their responses and then there's a mad scramble to get back to the customer to give them the correct information. Its early days with Tidio but in our testing it's been absolutely spot on with all the questions, some of which have been quite technical. What I do like is that if its unsure then it will actually handoff to a human, but ask for information to clarify responses to future similar questions.
