This app is amazing, the chatbot integrates well with the right prompt - perfect for owners/marketers to ultilise. The cs team, Hana is also superb with quick fixes and making sure onboarding is great process

I tried 3 AI chat bots before Chatty AI and they were all missing basic items, unless you upgraded to their pro plans. Chatty was easy to setup and the support has been quick and helpful. The price is right and I couldn't be more pleased. You won't be sorry~!

Excellent customer service. Every time we see a response from the bot that gives us the 'ick' we contact their help desk who immediately write a scenario to improve the response the bot gives next time. The team always take time to truly understand the issue with the bots response and it never happens again in the same scenario. Definitely cuts down on the amount of queries that our customer services team receive. Excellent app and faultless customer support.
