Andy has been really great. He helped me solve quite a few issues and was very patient throughout the process. I highly recommend him. I’m currently still in the trial stage and will consider upgrading to a paid plan later. I hope it can bring us good conversion results.

Je suis incroyablement ravie de mon expérience avec l’application Chatty. Dès la prise en main, la facilité d’utilisation est frappante, mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c’est l’accompagnement 24/24. J’ai une boutique très particulière, avec des produits techniques qui demandent beaucoup de connaissances précises et une vraie capacité d’analyse des situations clients. En une seule journée de travail, mon IA est déjà capable de me remplacer sur les questions les plus techniques, avec des réponses cohérentes, fiables et adaptées aux parents. C’est un gain de temps énorme et une vraie tranquillité d’esprit. Un immense merci à Hazel et Andy, qui ont été présents, réactifs et réellement impliqués à chaque étape. On sent qu’il ne s’agit pas d’un simple support, mais d’un vrai partenariat pour faire fonctionner l’outil dans des conditions réelles de commerce. Hana was incredibly helpful. There was an error with the tracking via Chatty. She fixed it with and gave a simple explanation and was incredibly friendly! Definitely recommended.
