C'est l'application revé ! un assistant de vente et d'aide au suivi des commandes.. c'est génial! et surtout ca nous libère du temps pour le reste du travail. Nous avons fait le choix de Chatty au lieu de créer un chatbot AI avec les outils du marché mais le coût et la sécurité sont mieux avec cette applications. De plus quand vous avez un support technique aussi serviable que present avec jasmine ... il y'a rien à dire que de l'adopter sans tarder! merci

This is a very powerful and feature-rich app for chat and LINE marketing. Because it has so many functions, the initial setup can feel a bit complex. However, this is where their support team truly shines. I had a long and detailed setup process, and later a specific technical issue with CSS customization for the chat icon. The support team, were incredibly patient, professional, and helpful throughout the entire journey. They not only answered all my questions but also proactively helped configure settings and solve the problem for me. If you are looking for a powerful chat app, Chatty is a great choice. If you value excellent customer support that will guide you every step of the way, then this app is a must-have. Highly recommended!

I was not able to use the app due to the complex nature of what my store requires. However, the support staff did everything the could to accommodate me and my business. We tried all kinds of things to try and get it to work, but in the end the AI is not as complex as I would have needed. Thanks for all your help!

Be careful. As soon as you install it, your admin's email address will be given out to all visitors that it can't find some answers to. Also, it is a lopsided plan...if you are small and have 1,000 products then you are going to need to spend for 10 agents and 5.000 replies just to get your 1,000 products in, even though you might only need 1 agent and 200 conversations.

My philosophy has always been that customer service is ALWAYS part of the product. Things happen and how they're handled means a smooth solution and trust or gnashing of teeth and uncertainty. I chose Chatty for its comprehensive offering with FAQ and a bot 'learning' from FAQ's, product data and custom information. How cool is that? And I love the idea of being live when available and the Chat bot to be available other times to provide functional responses that we can follow up on. I have also been with AVADA on our main site for over ten years and know their customer service is second to none. This proved true once again when I couldn't complete the Chatty setup for some reason. Help was available immediately. First with Sonny and then when he went off shift, Audrey came on and was super helpful and got me up and running in minutes. I love the fact that I could match Chatty to my brand colours and it looks terrific. I'm still working on completing my FAQs and, as Audrey explained I can import them all at once. Audrey provided comprehensive screenshots and, when needed, went on the site as collaborator to fix the internal glitch. Well designed apps like this with superlative customer service like AVADA give entrepreneurs like me a brilliant leg up in our own customer experience. That's what success is all about. Right? If I could give 100 stars, I would. These developers are absolutely amazing—and the service is ridiculously on point. Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever received better support from any app developer, ever. It’s so good, I almost don’t want to write this review because it might give my competitors an edge. This app is going to save my company a ton of time while answering customer questions up front, 24/7. We’re already pouring more leads into the site now that Chatty AI is up and running—and dialed in. It's that good. The setup is straightforward if you know your way around GPT-style prompts, and what you can do with this is unbelievable. The AI agents are incredibly smart, the customization is next-level, and again—the service from the team behind it is just top-tier. If you're on the fence: don’t be. Just buy it. Game-changer.
