Genuinely a very good app for small business. I am a 1 man operation and it is very difficult to handle all the inquires and messages I get. Chatty AI bot has helped me streamline and answer quick questions very easily. Hope this helps out fellow small business owners! Their support team are also incredibly helpful and kind!

So far so good. Hana was extremely friendly and helpful in setting up the basic framework for us as per what we required. There were a few issues that I had on my end and she was quick to resolve them. Great support throught the process.

Really great app! Works as expected and even better. Settings could be simplified a bit more. I imagine that non-technical people could struggle to understand what needs to be changed and where but overall - recommend!

Been looking for this solution forever! One portal for email, social media messages, online chat and whatsapp. Extremely happy with this app. Just installed but so far super happy. Everything is working great, and the support is top-notch - Hana especially. I am still working on my AI buddy to get its knowledge up but the concept and way they do this is really smart!

Support is always excellent, although sometimes they don't take the time to understand the problem, too quick to want to solve the issue which means it takes longer as it leads to inefficient work. Hana and Jade were particularly helpful today, but it took a long time to get to solve what I contacted them about, but we did fix up some other issues as a consequence of them not understanding my question.

The team was very fast to help us, and made sure everything worked well. The live chat is easy to install and I was able to match our branding. The Ai tool is powerful and will free up some time from the customer support.

The app itself is very flexible and has many useful tools to reply to our customers. Furthermore, support is amazing! My best experience so far. Always ready to support and take on requests. Really recommended, I'll be working with them in the future for sure.
