The AI customer service function is very convenient, supports online FAQs compilation, supports chat data tracking, and the online customer service is very good and can solve our problems at any time. Thank you very much！

The customer service was great. Every time I needed help, there was always somebody there to help me out. Unfortunately, it's not answering some customer questions correctly. Even though there was a product in there exactly as the customer wrote it, it still didn't pick it up. I think it's a little early for the AI Chat part of it. We're going to come back and look at it a little later.

Highly recommend! I am new to the app, and so far the setup has been straightforward and easy to use. The customer support team has been amazing: responses are quick, Jade and Alicia were especially helpful in answering all of my questions. They’re not only knowledgeable but also genuinely friendly, which makes such a difference. I am looking forward to exploring more of the features.

However, this is where their support team truly shines. I had a long and detailed setup process, and later a specific technical issue with CSS customization for the chat icon. The support team, were incredibly patient, professional, and helpful throughout the entire journey. They not only answered all my questions but also proactively helped configure settings and solve the problem for me. If you are looking for a powerful chat app, Chatty is a great choice. If you value excellent customer support that will guide you every step of the way, then this app is a must-have. Highly recommended!

I was not able to use the app due to the complex nature of what my store requires. However, the support staff did everything the could to accommodate me and my business. We tried all kinds of things to try and get it to work, but in the end the AI is not as complex as I would have needed. Thanks for all your help!

Be careful. As soon as you install it, your admin's email address will be given out to all visitors that it can't find some answers to. Also, it is a lopsided plan...if you are small and have 1,000 products then you are going to need to spend for 10 agents and 5.000 replies just to get your 1,000 products in, even though you might only need 1 agent and 200 conversations.
