The Application is easy to use, has several well rounded features, the Live Chatbox and AI Assistant features are also very good, may causes some lags one low-end devices; however, the support team is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Hats off to the support team, especially Liam. We are still in the application testing stage before subscription but very promising. Highly recommended.

We use chatty for our website to be able to support and assist every customer during their nvaigation. The app is very easy to set up and link to any shopify based website and it learns very fast. The test environment is very helpful and the support team is always present and amazing. Had an issue last night and Hana was efficient and fast in providing a solution helping us continuously optimizing our littl chat bot.

This is an incredibly easy to use chatbot for Shopify. The setup was simple, and the features are fantastic. You have to babysit this tool daily, wasting 20–30 minutes fixing endless errors. Even then, it still fails. Support is a really bad for $49—they only blame you for not “feeding it” enough. First, shipping pages aren’t enough, then you need FAQs, then more questions and answers—it never ends i would use simpler chats and get same results. I don’t understand the 1,5k new positive reviews maybe simple websites and number of products or info
