Very easy to set up and integrate. I loved that there was templates pre-written to facilitate and and speed up the set up process for the FAQ integration. They also make it very easy to reach support in case of questions during the set up. Sonny was very helpful, polite, and answers very fast.

Nice easy and user friendly app - very supportive chat assistants as well available for 24/7 for any questions! Happy with this app which is very affordable and in terms of functionalities similar as Zendesk or Freshworks! Would highly recommend this app!

What can I say, this is an awesome Chat app. We've been using it for about a month now. It has everything you could possibly need along with a very intuitive AI assistant. Worked with Jasmine and Anivia to remove the message bubble that was displaying 2 unread messages by default. Apparently, this is used to attract attention to the customers but I believe it would cause confusion so I reached out with my request to have it removed and within seconds it was rectified. Thank you Jasmine and Anivia!
