Chatra is easy to set up and works perfectly on our Shopify store. The mobile app is a big plus. Support team is amazing - quick and helpful. Highly recommend!

we used this app for couple of years- but last week google took our ads off because of the app , it said it has malicious software we have since taken the app off- though we still have 3 months left on the price paid But the ads are back online ,

We recently had a problem with our subscription plan which we needed to change to a monthly plan, and for which we had confusing information which resulted in a very frustrating situation. Anna from Brevo was great in solving this problem in no time. I recommend the app.

This app ticks all the boxes for what I need from a chat service plugin for my website. Automated responses, timed messages for customers spending any time on pages, etc. Customer service is responsive and proactive, checking to see if we need help, or anything at all really.
