I’ve been using Tidio on my Shopify store and it’s been a great addition. The installation was quick, and the interface is clean and easy to navigate. I love that I can manage live chat, automated responses, and messages from multiple channels all in one place. The AI chatbot is especially helpful for answering customer questions instantly, even when I’m not online. Customer support is responsive and helpful whenever I have questions. We came across Tidio for a new AI solution for our chat feature. It works better than we expected + it has more features like flows that can bring up sales. 4 stars because it currently lacks a few features, but since they're constantly evolving, we are going to rate it 5 stars once things get patched up.

Tidio has been a huge step in our Customer Support expansion. We are now able to keep up with our C/S tickets so much faster and keep our customers happy with a much smaller C/S team. Lyro handles 70-80% of the Chat tickets, so those are conversations we never even have to touch. The more we "teach" Lyro, the more tickets it can handle. I appreciate the simple system built in for us to review Lyro's responses and learning platform.

Overall we like it. The AI chat is awesome and has improved our time to respond with customers, however the email helpdesk functions are very basic. Its getting better slowly but surely. Hopefully with time they will beef up the capability so we are staying with it.

Good app - let's you see all your conversations from different channels in one place. The AI suggested answers + Lyro are improving each month (but still need checking). Support team are really responsive and helpful if you have issues.

Our business is in the pet healthcare area. We want to leverage the benefits of AI without automating too much. I was struggling to find a help desk and live chat which was flexible enough to permit this. I downloaded and trialled at least 4 other alternatives and none of them could provide the flexible options that Tidio could. Its early days and we are still i our trial period but I think this platform is going to be a real asset to my business. we are a small team of 4 and as the business owner I am the only one with in depth knowledge however with the use of AI to 'suggest' not automate responses, it will enable my staff to start responding to many of the enquiries that we receive. Moreover the customer service available on this app is fantastic. The automated help desk is great but they quickly put you through to a live agent if required who responds quickly. I had to escalate a couple of issues that the live agent could not resolve and these issues are being worked on currently but I have every confidence that they will be sorted out. None of the other options that I looked at provided live support quite like it and that was one of the key deciding factors when making a decision. Thanks Tidio. You are doing a great job.
