We've been using Tidio for years. It's a must have to build customer confidence. Adding Lyro has been amazing. It does a better job than we do when answering questions. We love it.

Saving us lots of time in handling low-effort customer questions. The only thing I could ask for is more reasonable pricing. I don't need that many smart AI chats since our customers' questions need only low effort to handle. But would prefer AI to interfere after a few automatic flow interactions. We didn't have many chances to try out the full capacity of Lyro AI after the quota is ran out on simple customer questions.

the support is disgusting. there is no way to reach them via live chat. they make you go through a useless low iq chat bot and there excuse is since your not on the $2000 + plan you dontt get live support. They tell you to contact them via email support, which i have about 10x on all their supports emails but there disrespectfull and neglectful and do not reply back to you. they offer you to connect your whatsapp to their widget but BEWARE if you do that, whatsapp will ban your account. These guys are trash.

Suggestion: adding kanban-style sales funnels for WhatsApp would be a major differentiator, allowing us to track customers through each stage of the buying journey, align support with sales, and give teams more clarity. Tidio is already essential for our community relationship. With this extra feature, it could also become an even more strategic sales engine.

We are using Tidio since 1 year. We have a small team with 4 members. They are implementing new features on a regular basis. It is still not perfect. Some features are still missing for me, but they have improved a lot. What i really like is the integration with shopify and whatsapp.

Those guys are thieves, be careful when you're choosing the plant because what you are paying for it it's only 100 clicks which every normal page have in at least one day . So you can't get in contact with your customers. And the right things to you that you may be gonna miss seeing and lose the sale.
