It's a great tool for boosting the sales! Loved seamless integration with Klaviyo via export to Shopify. If anything, I wish they had more flexible customization settings - having only one color for the chat button, home header area and message bubbles - is rather limiting.

We just started using it.... I can't explain why we didn't decided to use it earlier. We tested different solutions but Tidio seems to be most complex and complete solution for our business. Highly recommended app.

We’ve been using Lyro AI through Tidio on our Shopify store and it’s already taken a huge load off of customer service. It handles the bulk of repetitive questions about shipping, orders, and meal details so our support inbox stays way cleaner. Training it on our FAQs and pages was straightforward and ongoing, and customers get fast, accurate answers even after hours. Overall it feels like having an extra support rep who never sleeps and keeps getting better the more we use it. It's also a great lead generation tool and they're still innovating.

The AI Chatbot saves us soooo much time answering all the common questions about my products. My team was doing it over email and it would take up ALOT of our day. Now that we've input the knowledge, the AI system answers all the simple questions so easily.
