Tidio is learning constantly and improving. In the first few weeks we needed to follow and step in a few times, but now, after 3 months - it is handling all the customer service on its own! It is amazing how much time and stress it takes off!

Training the Lyro Agent is very simply. I used Chat GPT to help create the .csv file for FAQ's for our business in the required format and asked Chat GPT to go wide on certain keywords we were using to describe our porducts and vehciles that we make our products for i.e. colloquial names of vehicle models. It has worked fantastically well on chat.

This app has a lot of features. I'm still figuring them out. It's not the most user-friendly app, but maybe it's just me. Shopify Inbox was super easy and served my purpose, but it had a lot of bugs...will keep trying with Tidio.

Saving us lots of time in handling low-effort customer questions. The only thing I could ask for is more reasonable pricing. I don't need that many smart AI chats since our customers' questions need only low effort to handle. But would prefer AI to interfere after a few automatic flow interactions. We didn't have many chances to try out the full capacity of Lyro AI after the quota is ran out on simple customer questions.
