Suggestion: adding kanban-style sales funnels for WhatsApp would be a major differentiator, allowing us to track customers through each stage of the buying journey, align support with sales, and give teams more clarity. Tidio is already essential for our community relationship. With this extra feature, it could also become an even more strategic sales engine.

We are using Tidio since 1 year. We have a small team with 4 members. They are implementing new features on a regular basis. It is still not perfect. Some features are still missing for me, but they have improved a lot. What i really like is the integration with shopify and whatsapp.

Those guys are thieves, be careful when you're choosing the plant because what you are paying for it it's only 100 clicks which every normal page have in at least one day . So you can't get in contact with your customers. And the right things to you that you may be gonna miss seeing and lose the sale.

Tidio is a really great customer service app, allowing you to manage most of your chat needs, connecting store live chat, IG Direct, FB Messenger, WhatsApp and e-mail. While they do offer a overall good AI chatbot, it could be smarter - don't really follow up the conversation previous context and don't improvise (like chatting to gpt). 9/10 app.

This is an excellent app, it's difficult to see what more could want from it yet it is packaged in a simple to use interface. A shopify must have in my opinion.
