STAY AWAY FROM APPSTLE! We had a very unpleasant experience with them. We signed up for an annual plan after getting "sold" that Appstle would be a better fit for replacing Recharge, but we were mistaken once we tried it out more, especially their analytics lacked greatly compared to Recharge. We asked for a refund several times during our 5 months of having their app installed to no avail, especially with barely using their app during that time. We finally uninstalled their app and asked for a full refund one more time, again to no avail, instead they tried to woo us with "revamped analytics" we didn't get to use all this time. This has been a truly bad experience. Poor communication, poor user experience. I highly recommend paying more for better alternatives.

Appstle Subscription has been an excellent addition to our store. It was easy to implement, has noticeably increased our subscription revenue, and the support team is outstanding. Max, in particular, has been quick to respond and very hands-on in guiding us when we needed help.

The migration from my old app was pretty seamless and the engineer on the other end went above and beyond to be really helpful. Have not started using it fully or received customer feedback yet but initial experience is great.

We recently moved our subscription box over from Subbly to Shopify using the Appstle Subscriptions app. The team helped step us through the full migration process and were very proactive when we needed to troubleshoot some issues.
