Whenever I have a question, they are there to answer it 24/7 it seems and will even send videos showing how to do things or set up calls to discuss details. They are very responsive and take our questions and feedback seriously - if there's something we'd like to do that the app doesn't do yet, they'll often add it to the app. I've had a great experience with them so far.
