I was honestly impressed by the quick support team. I was having some issues with the widget being affected by another app I had installed and they were able to fix it quickly even though I contacted them late at night.

Appstle has good customer service, but there the goodness ends. There are so many problems, and now all of a sudden, appstle has quit sending emails to our subscribers, leaving us in a giant lurch. They didn't give us any warning about this. :-(

I have never had a simple help chat actually provide such excellent care and customer support. I wasn't sent any self troubleshooting or frustrating help articles, I was actually given help and support from a team of experts. I will be recommending this team to anyone I'm given a chance to.

THe subsciption app is workign well and we already have mnay peopel signup up. Support is responsive too.

Great app and team! Very responsive to questions. The bundle feature in this app was a little limited but they also offer a free bundle app that met all our needs and seamlessly combined with the subscription features. Onboarding was quick and we've already got a good number of subscribers in the first week since launch.

The team at Appstle are incredibly helpful, and it is quick and easy to get in touch with them. They have resolved any issues we have had immediately and are easy to work with.
