Great App with Outstanding Support!! I’ve just started using this subscription app and I’m already impressed. The setup was smooth, and the features are exactly what I was looking for to manage subscriptions on my store. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional support I received. Right from the start, Adam & Andrew from the support team were quick to respond, extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to guide me through the configuration. They answered all my questions patiently and even helped with a few customizations. It’s rare to find an app where both the functionality and the customer service are top-notch. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to implement subscriptions with peace of mind!

Customer service is very attentive and helpful. They helped me migrate from my previous subscription app to Appstle. The process was mostly seamless. I had to readdress the same issues repeatedly while transferring a few customers' subscriptions to Appstle. Although that was frustrating, customer service was responsive and met each concern with a positive attitude and urgency to resolve the issue. Thank you Paul and team.

I have only just set the app up, so I can't comment further than set up and customer service yet. I have done a test and it does seem to be working well. I did a lot of research on the best subscription app to go with for a small business, and I love that this has a free or low cost option, even if I need to go up a level, it isn't a ridiculous jump in price and they don't take a percentage of the sales which is great! Set-up didn't work from just following the steps, it wasn't quite compatible with my store, but after chatting with the team, they were super helpful and Adam fixed the issue to get it to work. Kate from migration transfered the subscriptions quickly too. The widget is quite customisable which is great, it seamlessly fits with my brand. There were a lot of customisable settings to go through, it's great all the options you get in the free plan, along with reminder emails before the subscription comes out, which I think is very important. The portal looks quite good at first glance too. The only thing that free doesn't have is in the cart it doesn't show the subscription details, it just has the subscription price, but I think the subscription details show when you click through to payment. All in all, seems perfect for the price paid, and customer service has been above and beyond!

Works well - should have custom domain offered as standard because without it, your emails may not get through to your customers. That's not a luxury and should be a given - but other than that, all good.

good app, just have to deal with quotas if you want the free plan, otherwise pretty sure you have to upgrade to paid plans, good customer service the chat was answered in less then 5 minuetus

I would recommend it. Its is pretty easy to use and customer service is helpful. There are some things I wish I could do on my own without the help of customer service but it is overall a very good app and when I reach out to customer service they are able to help and fix any issues

Merchant engineers are very helpful. Sometimes takes a while for them to respond but they are always able to help you out with whatever you need.

Great app for getting started with subscriptions. Options to customise and tailor are so useful and give great flexibility. Support team is also great for getting going and confirming the best setup ahead of launch.
