Awesome app that our customers love as well. Lots of customization options, easy to follow customer portal and a very affordable for small, fast-growing stores.

So far so good! Useful app and a a fair bit of utility even in the unpaid version. Would certainly explore the paid plans when I can scale a bit more

Good Subscription app, Customer Service are always active, fast feedback, requested some of additional feature way back, and they considered adding it. Looking forward for more widgets improvement.

Their customer service via instant message is fantastic!!! ... if you are concerned about faceless organizations, Appstle is the answer, they respond within minutes and have simply taken care of settings, etc ... that we couldn't find in the menu system.

Responsive support, reasonably priced compared to competitors, lots of setting depth, inc retention flows and very customisable customer portal. All worth 5 stars. Critique: Confusing split settings across Shop settings, customer portal and other settings. And despite reasonable cost noted above, if wanting automation APIs for flows and webhooks that can add $100-300 to the plans ads add-ons.

A New Year means new products and offerings! Just this morning I decided I needed an app to help create a monthly subscription plan. Shopify support recommended Appstle and I am so glad they did. By far the best part of the app is the support that comes with it. I have spent the majority of the day chatting with them to get everything set up. I've easily chatted with 4+ people and each person has been amazing! So happy I found them & I look forward to creating even more subscriptions as time passes!

The product is great and easy to use. However, the real differentiator is the customer support. Their team of dedicated Merchant Success Engineers are timely, professional and helpful! I had the pleasure of working directly with Aiden and he was fantastic in helping me quickly resolve my issues. 5/5 stars!

Richard was top-notch customer service. I was getting frustrated trying to fix an issue and he was able to get it fixed and also pretty fast. Highly recommend this app just on service alone. Been using it for a couple of years now. No complaints. I've used it on every store.

l'app est tout en anglais donc un peu de temps de traduction et la prise en main demande un peu de temps, mais l'équipe support est très disponible. app très complète, il manque juste un système de cartes cadeaux pour moi sans que le bénéficiaire n'ait besoin de rentrer sa CB pour que l'abo soit créé.

It is Dec 31st (New Years Eve) and I am still working on setting up my small business. I want to start a subscription plan for my customers so I installed Appstle within my Shopify Platform. had a little hiccup and it turned into a full on 'let me do this for you too' service! i love that, i asked 1 question when i descovering the app and that saved me having todo alot of investigation and work becuase they offered to help me further in a way i didnt think i could ask for. they personalised my wiget for my website to match my theme. it looks awesome! i also got honest advice to help it work better with my products. amazing!! ill focus on the creative stuff on my side and leave the tech with you guys. thank you!
