best customer experience I've had so far on Shopify. they help you with everything and all the hassle of migrating from one app to this. they literally did the whole data transfer of all my old customers and subscription contracts from the old app I was using and seamlessly integrated it into their app within a couple of hours. another app I tried asked me to do the exporting and formatting of the data before trying to manually upload each contract to their app. 10/10 can definitely recommend this app.

This is certainly the most easy app I have used on Shopify. The service Alan gave me really helped me feel quickly at home in the app and made a set up that could of taken hours, take just a few minutes. I am very pleased with this app and am excited to continue to explore its functions. The biggest difference between this app and others, is that the customer support team quickly gets involved without you even asking for it. They work with you and make suggestions and it's super easy and not confusing. The customer support puts it over the top and I would highly recommend it!

Appstle has been great for managing subscriptions and their customer service is top notch. I needed help with getting a widget onto the cart page to show clearly and I was not only helped with that, but they offered suggestions to make every aspect of it look visually appealing and clearer to customers and even implemented it for me when I approved. It was so easy and so helpful. They really go above and beyond to help make it seamless!

They promise "hands on migration service" but in reality they just tell you to figure it out by yourself. - I was asked to contact Shopify support to figure out importing of customers. Instead of "hands on" guidance from the support - I had to figure out exporting data from previous payment processors as Appstle documentation was out of date - I was also asked to contact WooCommerce Subscriptions support to figure out how to export subscriptions data from our old platform. Instead of "hands on" guidance from the support.
