It is a solid app. We use it for our short-term subscription programs and forever subscription programs. The frequency varies too, varies between monthly and quarterly. Appstle works perfectly for our needs. Customer support is EXCELLENT! They are very responsive and knowledgeable. They know every small aspect of their product. Installing the app was a piece of cake. Alan (one of the engineers) was extremely helpful. He pretty much did most of the installation for me (all the tweaks). He truly went above and beyond not just answering my questions, but sending me snippets and giving me steps on what to do. He even helped me making the subscribe & save box look better on our website (it had to do with out Shopify theme). I'm truly grateful to Alan. That's a smart way to get a customer for life!

This app is a super easy way to introduce subscriptions into your shopify store. There is a little bit of setup to do in the beginning, but then it seems to be pretty plug and play. I had a few questions on how to use it and the support team was very helpful. I would recommend using this app.
