Install process was easy and straight forward. The support was quick and easy to deal with. We have no feedback on the way the app works for subscriptions as we only installed today. But the onboarding was great.

I had an issue (that I created) with managing multiple subscriptions with multiple payment dates. I connected with Ash on the Help Desk and she walked me through the solution step-by-step with screen shots that were easy to understand.
