When I was trying to install the app for first time they were very helpful, in fact, they gave me a feature as a nice gesture. But when I had a few problems trying to set the app. I found the support unfriendly. In order to be able to change something simple as a font, you need to hire a developer, the widget and the interface is not user-friendly. and the design of the pages, well, not design at all. So I think is a complex app. A lot of features are paid.

These guys are stellar! Unbelievably responsive and extremely helpful. Anytime I need support they're there within minutes to provide me with the assistance I need. Would highly recommend.

I have had a great experience thus far with this app. Even the free version does quite a bit for someone just getting started with ecomm. I will def upgrade as my sales increase. Firstly let me say that the infomation on this page does not do this app justice. The flexibility of this app is incredible and their service team is AMAZING (shout out to Aiden who has been incredibly helpful and patient). While it can feel daunting getting started they have some great videos over on YouTube which I highly recommend if you're getting started or wanting to expand functionality. Is it perfect, no, however we have quite the complicated use case and for it to do what we need with little fine tuning is amazing. I look forward to watching to see what is updated next. We were with Yotpo previously and recharge before that so we've had roughly 8 years experience with subscription applications. I feel like this is the best kept secret that I want everyone to know about when it comes to subscription apps. A big thank you again for such an amazing product which has so much flexibility at such a great price - something which is rare these days!!!
