BEWARE! Do not use shopify If you dont wish to be in distress or have expectations of good customer service. They will just keep billing and freezing your account regardless a charge is rightful or not.

I have recently started using shopify which is good, although can be a little tricky at times to figure things out. I end up googling whatever and usually figure it out :) It may just be me though?? :))

I absolutely love Shop for my business. I've used this in my personal shopping needs for years and knew that I needed to have Shop added to my business. Very easy to use and I would highly recommend.

Easy to create attractive websites. Point of sale with card reader works great. Analytics are very useful.

it was great and receiving orders then had a refund order on a fraud. which wasn't really a chargeback and explained to them but they still have not put us back on. I mean don't get it. disappointed

Gives you special discounts to certain stores. Tracked my products and pulls up recently viewed items.

It just runs in the background. We should've updated some of the branding sooner, but it's out of site out of mind with lots of followers and some reviews.

Shopify support group are very helpful and attentive. They always listening what the issues all about and find a solution to fix it. Thank you Shopify.

I had a store through a company with shopify and canceled my store the first week it has been 2 months at least now they are charging my card $39 a month can not get in touch with them no number or live chat in order to chat you have to open an account they are a rip off.

We started on of our businesses with Shopify and the other had been with BigCommerce for years. In comparison Shopify provides a better platform, easy to manage and more effective in the marketplace.
