I am pleased, overall, with my experience as someone new to building a store and no technical background. I'm not thrilled with having to pay for additional subscription apps to make it functional, but most of the apps at least have a "small" shop level that will allow me (and others) to scale before killing us with fees.

Its a very good app, however there is a lot of setting up and it your not geart and doing this kind of thing it can be a little frustrating. Saying that I did find the help good when I was reaching out.

So far, I like Shop, I have received more purchasing customers than I did prior. Every little bit helps.

L’application est utile, mais il est nécessaire d’améliorer les instructions. Il est important d’informer clairement les utilisateurs qu’il faut retirer le mot de passe de leur compte Shopify afin de pouvoir se connecter à Facebook et Instagram. Cette information doit être bien visible, et non pas laissée à la recherche, comme je l’ai fait pendant plusieurs jours avant de trouver où était le problème. Si vous la placez de manière claire et facilement accessible, cela facilitera considérablement le processus pour tous les utilisateurs.
