Stopped accepting payment and support has been shockingly incompetent. No explanation, no support whatsoever. Now considering alternatives to Shopify.

Started a website. They immediately placed all payments on hold not including PayPal. Tried to reach out to customer service and they person either provided wrong information or disconnected without assistance. Also, they did not pay my orders out even after the products were received by the consumer.

You can never go wrong with another place to buy and sell items online. The shop app seems cool so far.

Interesting idea. It would be nice to be able to translate in-app messages. Also, I don't understand the reason of having a different list of prohibited articles that can be sold on, since this is covered by Shopify.

This is a great product. It really helps users get going quickly and easily. I am a longtime web developer that uses this product instead of creating my own websites for my businesses so that I can have more time to focus on my store, products, advertising, and the such. It's gret to know that I have a great tech team backing my site just in case issues with updates and links occur. Let me end by saying again "This is a great product"!

This app is great for creating an online store. The help center is wonderful and has helped me all along the way.

It needs more support from Shopify itself. Many people claim to be "Shopify Experts." All they take is new stores' money and deliver nothing of substance. Shopify needs to understand that every store's success is Shopify's success, and every store's failure is Shopify's failure.

I have no IT experience at all, and breezed through the set up process. There were trial and error times, I'm more proud of my sucess in accomplishing set up than the fact that I am now, an online boutique owner.

It was difficult to initially set up and now that I have my first purchase its difficult to see how they paid, but otherwise its fine.I've always had a great experience and memorable moments throughout my sales and purchases. So keep up the good work Shop!

This app is a life saver for so many our customers and our business. Need to be able to add metadata... yet you can redesign the app over & over. Priorities guys.
