As far as I can see there is no way to adjust delivery dates. We sell fresh food that we make and prepare. The delivery dates shown to customers on these products are too short especially at holiday periods. I do not see a way to correct this.

extreme experience in building an online store, be prepared for ups and downs all bad things and hard things and difficult things but stick with it and you can prosper but you have to stick with it because it is VERY difficult very life changing and never ending

To bad they double dip into your profits. They allow whatever retailer who is selling your product to be relisted on your own website for a higher price that they markup and you have to pay more fees. Also there is no way to prevent this except no using the app. Someone didn't think this through!!!

its good to drive customers to your store. but the reviews section needs work, for example i had a customer buy a size small shirt and then leave a 1 star review saying they ordered a 2XL, when i click the "report review" button to get the bad review removed nothing happens - just get stuck on a loading screen.. the 1 star reviews from stupid people are making my store look bad.

1) If you click you're having a bad experience with Shop App, it just spins and spins and never takes you anywhere. If you click you're having a good experience, the link to leave a review here opens up immediately. 2) If you have a customer who pays with Shop App and Shop Pay on installment, now Shopify keeps charging the customer monthly installments even after you've put in the cancel the order and refund the customer's money back. That's very bad.

I like the ease of set up and the simple interface. The only problem I faced was creating a cover photo. The recommended size works very differently for app and desktop. In desktop it gets completely cutoff and looks really blurry. While uploading it doesn't give a preview of how it'll show up in the app either. A better preview and option to upload different images for desktop and app will be helpful.

My experience with Shop.app has been extremely disappointing. Their current policies create an environment where fraud and abuse against merchants can happen far too easily. The biggest issue is how the platform handles chargebacks. Customers can place an order, receive the product, keep it, and then file a chargeback with their bank claiming they “never received the item.” In most cases, banks side with the customer, leaving the merchant with a total loss — the product is gone and the money is taken back. Instead of supporting merchants during these fraudulent situations, Shop.app makes things worse. After chargebacks occur — even when the merchant fulfilled orders correctly — Shop.app immediately deactivates the store for six months. This punishment comes on top of the financial loss caused by fraudulent buyers. In practice, it feels like the policies protect scammers more than the merchants who actually keep the platform running. Another major issue is their product rating policy. Even if a merchant’s rating drops slightly, for example from 4 to 3, Shop.app disapproves our products for advertising. There’s no clear explanation or logical business reasoning behind this. The system reacts harshly and automatically, without considering real-life context or merchant history. These decisions directly harm honest sellers. I personally have had inventory sitting for over a year, generating zero sales, because my store was deactivated. The financial impact has been significant, and there is no real support from the platform to resolve the root problem — the fraud. It’s no surprise that Shop.app has many negative reviews on Shopify’s own app store. The merchant community has been raising similar concerns for a long time, but nothing seems to change. Shopify should seriously reconsider allowing a product with policies like these to operate, because the current system pushes merchants away instead of empowering them. My message to fellow merchants: be cautious before listing your products on Shop.app. Until they update their policies to genuinely protect sellers, the risk is simply too high. When enough merchants stop listing, perhaps the platform will finally understand that their policy choices need to change.

They have had my payouts on hold for over a month with no emails or any communication why. The chat reps dont know why and just read scripts to try to get you to wait on communication that never comes. My business is new and holding $2500 is a lot to me. I have rent to pay and materials to buy. Long story short I had to find a 3rd party provider. Hopefully Shop will pay me soon so I can continue to build my business.

Charged without justification and inquired numerous times without explanation. Requested invoice or proof of bill and was never provided. We had to block their attempts to withdrawal from our bank. Requested numerous times to provide account information for the Affirm gateway and no information could be given even though an account was set up in our name meanwhile charges were being accumulated. Help has never been forthcoming and all we have received is the runaround. Our Shop sales channel is suspended and when we finally just gave up and agreed to pay the debt, we still have no information about, they will not collect the payment. HORRIBLE accountability resulting in lost revenue with no hope to rectify the matter. Getting to the point of seeking legal advice in hopes of finally getting access to "our" Affirm account and maybe some form of an invoice. We have been dealing with this for well over a year to no avail.

For older customers, such as people in their 80s, it does get a little confusing for them. As they did not grow up with this technology, they frequently call me to find out what 'Shop' is for. Or they click on it, and it completely derails them. Generally, I end up taking the order over the phone to put their mind at ease. Considering how the brain works or doesn't, the 80- and 90-year-old persons are to be congratulated that they even try! That's all I have to say about Shop at present. Thank you for this opportunity to share.

The SHOP app is my absolute favorite way to shop. The shipping tracking feature is incredibly accurate and fast, and the ability to see all my orders from various stores in one place is truly outstanding! I recently checked out the Calmware store after their opening, and thanks to the app's clean interface, it was so easy and relaxing to browse their curated products. The checkout process was also seamless—I completed my purchase without any hesitation. The convenience of the SHOP app and the serene design of Calmware seem to create perfect synergy. I'm delighted that I can get Calmware's "house-to-sanctuary" products quickly and securely through the SHOP app!
