This app is a life saver for so many our customers and our business. Need to be able to add metadata... yet you can redesign the app over & over. Priorities guys.

Easily gives my store an online presence right along other top brands in my niche. There is some level of customization but I feel like there could be more.

My experience thus far has been excellent and exciting, I am eager to know more about how this will help to grow my business.

it's truly revolutionizing e-commerce, thanks to Shopify. Sales have been growing steadily, but I'd like to address an issue for new Shopify users. If a fraudulent order is delivered, Shopify blocks the account for 6 months. I request the Shopify team not to block accounts immediately. Instead, if a shop owner doesn't deliver a product on time, actions should be taken accordingly. Dealing with fraud is already challenging, and having accounts blocked on top of that makes things worse. Please review this policy for the Shop app....my shop cashymart.com suspended for 6 month

My Shop Mobile App was taken from me when I had a fraudulent charge back. After 6 months I WON the fraudulent charge back and was happy that I got Shop back on my phone. So, what happened is really horrible, all of a sudden I am getting Retailers I don't care about selling their products on my phone, some videos etc... This is a BIG MESS !!! Retailers and Videos are mixed up with my Brand, I like to know if some other Merchants have the same experience. VintageArtReprints.com, My store is the only Brand which should be selling on my phone. I sent a message to SHOP, they send me back a ticket and said somebody will call me or send an email, this was 3 days ago, they still have not done anything !! Support is not very good. I don't really know about the APP. I like to know if some other Merchants have the same experience !!

Not too much information and communication shared on instructions on how to utilize the app and for business owners to utilize the app and actual users of app for purchases alike when getting packages inaccurate messages to me, more information to read on usage would be a great help in working together to make a seamless operation and make customers feel happy having an excellent experience with all purchases that are made through Tipsy Treasures and the Shop app I want to be safe, thank you for your help with this, Melissa Santos

Easy to use app that is constantly improving and adding new features, and most importantly for merchants, the Shop channel drives new sales and is an easy way to engage with customers. For buyers the channel is an easy way to track multiple shipments and discover new stores. Highly recommended app.

It has retailers from all over the world. It seems to be in sync on any device and it is EEEE-ZZZZ to use. Thank you guys :)

The store set-up is good. But getting people to your shop is hard unless you already have a social media influence.

So far is OK. Have tried many shopping carts in a past, the shopify seems to be Ok for now. Will see as we go..

Features are awesome. Can't wait to explore it. My store isn't passed the eligibility score yet. Working hard to take my store to the next level.

ik probeer al voor zolang een webshop voor mijn bedrijfje temaken en zelf een pro in gehuurd en die had zo'n moeilijke site gemaakt ik kwam er maar niet uit en kreeg geen contact met de klanten dat vind ik nog erger ... toen zei een vriendin over jullie dat het beter ging. ik probeer jullie nu een paar weken en ik sta verbaasd ik ben zo blij met jullie binnen 2 weken heb ik eindelijk mijn site. ik ben een simpele vrouw ik weet niet veel van computers. jullie leggen alles goed uit en met de stappen weet ik wat ik moet doen en hoe ik het moet doen. dus dankzij jullie is mijn droom eindelijk uit gekomen !! jullie weten niet wat dit voor mij betekent.
